Fun Fit Youth Fitness Class
Fun Fit Youth Fitness Classes will encourage healthiness by providing creative and engaging movements. Each class will utilize full body and isolated muscle movements to promote strength, endurance, coordination and most of all FUN!
Class experience
Beginner Level
Fit, Fun Youth Wellness Classes will teach young movers how to coordinate movements while learning about how their body works to create motion. Our objective is to explore motion in multiple planes, learn what muscles are, how they work, learn what body systems are and how they work. Such systems include circulatory, respiratory and muscular as well as a few anatomic muscle names and locations. I am a certified youth fitness instructor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 7 years of experience in fitness and over 20 years of experience teaching children.
Students work space should be decluttered and free of anything that can cause them to trip and fall such as objects on the floor. A wide open space is ideal. Little movers should keep a drink of water handy for hydrations and be cleared for moderate intensity exercise. Please be sure your little mover is wearing activity appropriate clothing. Not adhering to the above mentioned safety tips could lead to injury.
