This is a one day class to help empower preteens and teens with the essential skills needed to excel in academics, personal growth, and everyday life. We will have interactive sessions and hands-on activities to enhance their abilities.
Class experience
Through interactive sessions and hands-on activities, students will delve into executive functioning to enhance their organizational abilities, time management skills, and decision-making. In each of my one day executive function courses, we will focus on one subject tailored to address various facets of executive functioning. I have a degree in both Education as well in Psychology. I, myself, have struggled over the years in executive functioning and have utilized strategies in my own life to be more productive in my day-to-day life. Through my education and obtaining certificates in both Life Coaching with a specialization in Goal Setting, and Cognitive Behavior I want to help other students increase their knowledge and skills and help them to achieve success in their lives!
