Students talk about what they learned and what Eco-Challenge they would like to pursue. Goals: Find resources, start eco challenge

Students will undertake an eco-challenge project, honing their project management and assessment skills while simultaneously deepening their knowledge on the topic of their challenge.
I am Barbara, founder of a transformative Forest and natural learning school since 2012, offering personalized inquiry and project-based experiences in person and online, with a masters in education focused on sustainable learning.

My approach focuses on facilitating experiences that foster critical thinking, creativity, problem solving skills for diverse age groups within both physical (Forest) as well virtual environments., while emphasizing teamwork between students who come from different walks life. 
Homework Offered
In collaboration with their instructor, students will set and pursue learning goals beyond the classroom to achieve their environmental challenge.
1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Empowered learners will collaborate with their teacher to set meaningful goals, and track their progress through regular self-assessments. The culmination of their journey will be a final self assessment presentation showcasing their growth and accomplishments.
Grades Offered
Students will collaborate with the teacher for outside resources and websites to be used.
