We will discuss various adaptations that insects have concerning the release of gas. We will discuss how these adaptions aid insect survival, movement, and escape from danger. Learners will understand how insects use farts and poop to interact with their environment. Learners will be exposed to key terms such as digestive system (and parts of), frass, etc.
Pen and Paper for writing answers and drawing in class. The Insect Farts and Poop bingo game is played using Google Slides and works best on a computer or laptop. Please avoid using a tablet or mobile phone. A printable version will also be provided if you are unable to use Google Slides.
