Students will be introduced to the FRQ style of essay common to many Advanced Placement courses. This style of essay is known as the Free Response and is required on the AP Human Geography exam as well as in other AP Social Studies and Science courses. This lecture based class will walk the learner through the structure of a Free Response Question and how to break it down to complete. This introduction class will also explain the expectation of the writer and how the FRQ is scored using a standard rubric.

Students must have a black ball point pen and lined notebook paper to complete this class.
