In this one time class, we will have fun learning about walruses using each letter of the word walrus. This activity is called an acrostic. We will have fun sharing different words that represent the life and habitat of a walrus. Learners will see each letter and practice saying the words that show off the characteristic of walruses. Learners will see a map of where walruses live. Learners can share their favorite word about walruses and can even bring something to show and tell about the walrus.
