Class experience
What better time than now to study DIY Mindfulness? Students will have four pre-recorded classes filled with engaging questions, funny stories and lots of enthusiasm and reassurance! The material will be posted weekly and you can view it during the week at your convenience. Each class ranges from 25-35 minutes and contains two lessons. Additionally, I will have 'live' office hours for 20 minutes each week so that students can receive clarity on any questions they may have. We will be using...
I created my workbook "21 Lessons To Empower The New Age Kid" from a series of mindfulness discussions to my daughter's homeschool group (ages 4-17). In addition, I've taught the lessons at middle school summer camps and afterschool programs and the kids really enjoyed them. I'm excited to offer this program to a wider audience of learners.
