Description

Class Experience

I created my workbook "21 Lessons To Empower The New Age Kid" from a series of mindfulness discussions to my daughter's homeschool group (ages 4-17). In addition, I've taught the lessons at middle school summer camps and afterschool programs and the kids really enjoyed them. I'm excited to offer this program to a wider audience of learners.
A downloadable one-page worksheet for each of the 8 lessons to anchor in the principles that are taught.
