In this class, we will learn about the Wright Brothers using the book by James Buckley JR., "Who Were The Wright Brothers?" Students will learn about the many attempts throughout history to fly and what made the Wright Brothers so different. We will learn about the Wright Brothers and their sister Katherine, the impact of air travel, and how planes have changed since their first glider at Kitty Hawk.
I have been an educator on Outschool since February of 2018. I have my MBA and MHA, both of which have taught me the value of conducting research and asking questions. I have a passion for history and learning. You can usually find me in the middle of 2-3 books or watching a documentary.

40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
There may be some Youtube videos that are seen during this class. I will share my screen and learners will not need to access them on their own.
