Welcome to Brainwaves: Discovering Psychology! This is an introduction to psychology course for students aged 10-14 who are curious in learning more about how the human brain works. Brainwaves is an engaging and interactive course designed to spark curiosity and nurture a deeper understanding of the human mind and behavior. Each week, students will explore a different topic in psychology through lively discussions, hands-on projects, and fun activities. By investigating psychological concepts in an enjoyable and relatable way, we aim to cultivate a love for learning and critical thinking skills that will last a lifetime. Parental Guidance
All topics will be taught from a scientific perspective. Please read all class topics and speak to your learner about any sensitive topics.
Playdough and clay will be used for some activities. Please be aware of any allergies and sensitivities your learner may have.
When scissors are used in class, please review the proper and safe way to handle scissors.
Supply List
