Students still need to use cursive. This class will start with holding our pencil properly and the basics.

Students in the class will start at the beginning of cursive. They will learn to hold their pencil and practice the basics of cursive before diving into the alphabet in later classes. We will have fun and write together. We will play games using cursive and eventually learn to sign our name. Students are not required to know any cursive in the first lesson. Students will each get to interact with me as they practice their writing on white boards and notebook paper. We will pass air high fives and laugh as we learn.

Notebook, whiteboard, dry erase marker, eraser. Cursive paper would be helpful, but not required.
