Students will have fun in this play group type class, where we learn through creative play with LEGOs. In each class students will be working on their conversational skills. The students will be presented with different build challenges, participate in a discussion about the challenges to brainstorm things we could build, have time to build, and will then have fun sharing our projects! Learning through play is how I encourage my students (and children at home) to learn! There is so many different ways a build or conversation can go, so there’s always something new to learn. I have been a certified teacher for over 10 years and a mom to 3 boys. I love using LEGOs to teach so many skills because kids absolutely love them!
LEGOs, any assortment you have on hand.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
