This ongoing class is designed for age eleven through fourteen. This is a stand alone class that meets once a week. Learners will interact and share with others.. Students will enhance their writing.. Students will write the first thirty minutes of class and share the last half of class. There will be a new prompt given in class to be used to create a 100 word short story. Learners will read story in class. *************** Note: Optional Practice. Share when you first attend class. Use this prompt to write a 100 word short story; A stranger knocks on your door. Give your short story a title. Most words have two letters at least. Each word must be a recognizable word in the English dictionary. A and I are words.

The learners will be given a prompt to use to create a short story of 100 words. This course will introduce the learner to writing and maybe aspire the learner to become an author. Prompts will be given on a weekly basis to use in the writing. The student will create a title for the short story centered around the writing prompt.The students must stick to the topic.
