The focus of this one-time 30 minute creative writing class is to get students writing while having fun. As a certified English teacher I find it important for students to enjoy the writing process. No prior knowledge or experience is required. All levels of writers are welcome. At the beginning of the session, I will share a writing tip. Then students will choose from a prompt or story starter that inspires their imagination. The bulk of class will be devoted to writing. Towards the end of class students will be given a chance to share their short story with the class and receive feedback.
