Are you unsure of how to structure your day to accomplish daily tasks such as school work, extracurricular activities, passions and goals? In this one time class students will learn through discussion, PowerPoint and video how to develop a routine they feel motivated to stick to daily. We discuss the role of the brain in developing a growth mindset and strategies for minimizing the fixed mindset.
