In this one time class students will learn how to nurture a growth mindset , set goals, and create a routine to foster a positive life.
Class experience
Are you unsure of how to structure your day to accomplish daily tasks such as school work, extracurricular activities, passions and goals? In this one time class students will learn through discussion, PowerPoint and video how to develop a routine they feel motivated to stick to daily. We discuss the role of the brain in developing a growth mindset and strategies for minimizing the fixed mindset.
Students will learn to be more self directed . Students will learn time management skills. Students will learn a growth mindset to set goals.
I have a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology, with experience helping children become more self directed and independent. I also have experience in school setting and as a homeschooler helping children with time management.
