1 hour per week. I will be uploading enrichment activities learners can do independently each week to ensure I know the student is learning. If a learner is taking this class for a grade or credit, they will need to do the enrichments for assessment.
Letter Grade
I will be uploading two online assessments for learners to complete as well as options for enrichments for each lesson to complete that I will grade and provide feedback on. These enrichment activities are optional. If you would like a formal grade or assessment at the conclusion of the course if the enrichments are completed, please let me know, and I will be happy to do that for you!

From savvy shopping and calculating discounts to the art of balancing budgets, we've got your teen covered, ensuring they grasp the math that will become part of their everyday life.

I will be reviewing enrichments and providing feedback Fridays/Sundays each week for up to 12 weeks if you are taking this course as a self-paced option. 

***This is the semester 1 course, and I also offer a semester 2 self-paced course (will be finished update it soon)***


Course Format:
Consumer Math Semester 1 unfolds over 12 lessons, offering a comprehensive, self-paced learning experience. For those interested in live interaction, live course options are also available. If you have any queries regarding the course formats, don't hesitate to reach out for more details!

Each lesson features guided notes and an enrichment activity related to that lesson's topic, with feedback provided to encourage further learning. Upon request, a formal grade report can be issued at the course's conclusion.
