What's included
1 live meeting
1 in-class hoursClass Experience
In this one-time course, students will have an opportunity to have a conversation about Financial Literacy, more specifically about budgeting. Financial Literacy is not taught enough in our public or private schools systems, my goal is to expose students with vital finance skills for them to be better prepared to be financially knowledgeable adults. What will be taught? In this course, we will only be taking about how to budget. They will learn how to allocate their allowances properly, learn different strategies for budgeting, and have a hands on experience on creating a spending plan that they can ultimately use for their own purpose. How long is the class? The class will be approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour long to give students an opportunity to ask questions after the activities or the class. What is my teaching style? I love to have a conversation rather than just teaching and speaking the whole time. I love to hear student's ideas, suggestions, and opinions, which drives the conversation of the class. I hope to see your future budget experts in my class! We are going to have an awesome time!
