🌟 Welcome to Personal Finance Class! Get Ready for an Exciting Learning Journey! 📚💡 Hello and welcome! I'm thrilled to have you join my Personal Finance class where we'll dive into the fundamental principles of money management. I'm a University of Georgia graduate with a degree in Business/Marketing Education. I am certified in grades 6-12 Business/Marketing Ed. My goal is to bring the world of finance to life with an energetic and interactive approach, perfect for teens eager to learn. Throughout our sessions, we'll cover a wide range of essential topics, starting with the basics and gradually exploring more advanced concepts. My teaching style is dynamic and engaging. I encourage active participation and discussion among students. We'll employ various tools—online resources, worksheets, interactive games like Kahoot, and educational videos—to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Students don't need any prior knowledge of personal finance; we'll explore together and learn by doing! Expect an interactive and enjoyable learning environment where students lead discussions, share experiences, and learn from one another. Interaction and engagement are at the core of my teaching approach, ensuring everyone gains valuable insights and skills. If your student enjoys a self paced classroom, I have a self paced course identical to this one available as well.
