In this class, your child will build math confidence as she/he reviews 2nd grade Math skills and is introduced to 3rd grade Math skills. Each class is working on an independent skill, so if you cannot attend every class, that is not a problem. Lessons will include fun activities and games with an experienced elementary math teacher. Scholars will feel safe to make mistakes and try new skills. Learning Goals
Scholars will master 3rd grade math skills while building confidence and a love for math. The class is taught at a third grade level with review included of previous 2nd grade skills.

Parental Guidance
Occasionally food items will be needed for hands-on math activities. Please watch for supply updates as the course continues.
Pre-Requisites
Students will do best if they have completed 2nd grade math.
Supply List
paper, pencil or white board and marker. Occasionally we will need small food items, colorful buttons or beads or similar for hands-on learning. When we study geometry, we will need toothpicks and Dots candy.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
