Students will learn to create decorated cupcakes using piping bags and recommended tips.
Class experience
Does your child drool over cupcakes at the local bakery? Are they obsessed with watching the kids baking championship, Chopped Junior and other Food Network fascinations? Does your kid loved Nailed it or Sugar Rush on Netflix? Then this class is for them! This one hour class demonstrates how to properly decorate a cupcake with buttercream icing. All Students will be expected to have 6 cupcakes (store-bought or homemade) or 6 FLAT cookies and a prepared batch of class icing. A class...
Chef Kimberly “Kimihou” Bryant is a certified pastry chef, with an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communications and a masters in Education. Her course curriculums are created with her audience in mind. All youth courses are designed to challenge and encourage the fundamentals of working with various aspects of sugar art. She encourages everyone to explore the depths of their creative by creating amazing desserts.
