Welcome to Beginner's Japanese: Testing the Waters
In this class we will learn some very basic Japanese conversation (Good morning!  How are you? etc.).  
We will also have fun learning about the three main Japanese writing systems (and practice writing a few characters).  
We will have a brief introduction to Japanese pronunciation, and a brief introduction to the language as a whole.  

This is the perfect class for "testing the waters" to see what you think of language learning and the Japanese language.  It's a great first step in learning Japanese.
