This is a one-time class for students to practice beginning reading skills. I use puppets and games to teach phonics and other reading skills. The students will interact with each other and with the teacher in a positive manner. Activities which involve recognizing adjectives and opposites will prepare the student for reading. 25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
