Class experience
Welcome to our 4 week Beginner B Gymnastics Summer Camp! This camp is designed for young gymnasts with basic gymnastics experience, excited to improve upon their technique, and gain new skills. The goal of this camp is to provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment for young athletes to explore and master new skills. Learners will improve upon their foundation in beginner gymnastics skills, and will be well on their way to mastering more advanced techniques by the end of camp.
As a gymnast for 9 years, gymnastics coach for 7 years, and a certified personal trainer, I love sharing my passion for health, fitness, and gymnastics with all my students!
Homework Offered
Learners will spend 5-10 minutes per week journaling to log their gymnastics camp experience.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE Students should wear moveable athletic-wear in order to fully engage in each activity. SPACE AND EQUIPMENT They should also have a safe space to practice gymnastics, free of any obstacles, alongside a clear wall nearby for handstand progressions. A gymnastics mat, yoga mat, rug, or soft surface should be available for performing tumbling skills. A water bottle is also advised. CRAFT SUPPLIES •Printer Paper + Printer Available •Crayons, Markers, or Colored Pencils •Popsicle Sticks •School Glue •Safety Scissors •Pipe Cleaners •Googly Eyes •Ribbon (of any color) •OPTIONAL: Glitter
