As a former competitor in Miss Virginia Teen USA and the current reigning Ms. Virginia North America 2024, I bring firsthand experience and insight into the world of pageantry. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with several esteemed pageant coaches, refining my skills and honing my craft. These experiences have not only shaped me as a competitor but also as a mentor, allowing me to share my knowledge and passion for pageantry with others. Through my journey, I've learned the importance of dedication, perseverance, and authenticity, qualities that I strive to instill in every participant I work with.

Parents, it's important to note that while swimwear/sportswear may be briefly discussed as part of the competition segment of the course, our focus remains on inclusivity and body positivity. We'll approach this topic by highlighting the functionality of swimwear as sportswear, rather than emphasizing appearance. It's also important to recognize that not all pageants include a swimwear/sportswear segment, and participation in such aspects is always optional. Our goal is to ensure that every participant feels comfortable and empowered, regardless of their body type or personal preferences, throughout the duration of the course.
