What's included
4 live meetings
5 in-class hoursClass Experience
Classes duration will be 75 minutes and feature a warm up/barre portion followed by stretching before moving to the center for reasonably spaced combinations that won't lay waste to the living room, followed by a brief abdominal workout to conclude the class. My teaching stye is direct, but with a decent sense of humor, and a fun spin on the subject matter. It's ballet, not rocket science. Any and all questions will be answered during class, and all students will receive equal attention for an all around fun experience. Students should have some prior ballet training to receive the full benefit of this class. Its primary design is that of maintaining existing technique, so there should be some existing technique to begin with! That said, if you haven't taken class in a little while, but still have some knowledge of classical ballet, you should still be able to take this class and get something from it.
Learning Goals
Students will execute beginner to intermediate barre and center work in an effort to maintain ballet skills and further develop flexibility, musicality, and overall technique.
