In this one time fifteen minute course, learners will dive into American Sign Language. It will give learners a chance to see if ASL is something they are interested in pursuing.a quick glimpse of the language. We will talk about how fun the language can be and quickly run through the alphabet. Learners can ask questions and play with the language as the time allows. I will be signing as I speak so they can watch the language being expressed. This is a beginner course so no asl experience needed. Asl printable will be attached t class!

Hello my name is Tanesha Poly. I am a homeschooling mom of five. I love learning and researching different curriculum and activities to keep my kids learning and engaged. Before I became a mom I worked as an educational interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing. I worked with children of all ages teaching, aiding, and interpreting for them. I have an associates of arts degree and a certificate in American Sign Language. My kids have enjoyed taking classes on Outschool and I hope to provide the same type of fun enjoyable classes for others! I love cooking, baking, organizing, and taking pictures of my kids!Reviews
