Class Experience

In this interactive, 8-lesson, flexible schedule, self-paced course, your child will learn to communicate in sign language. No sign language experience is required. Our classes will focus on getting your child comfortable using their hands and face to communicate in sign language.

No live classes. All classes are prerecorded.

Your learner will also be introduced to deaf culture. We will build on what we've learned each class, and each lesson we will have practice homework. All lessons are prerecorded and available for you immediately after enrollment.

The students will be able to watch the class and sign along with teacher Pam. They will then be encouraged to teach someone else what they've learned. Before the next lesson each student is encouraged to submit a video of themselves signing the assigned homework. The teacher will be able to see how learners are progressing in their signs and give commendation and correction where needed.
