In this one time class, learners will get to meet and ask questions of a "real" Viking and learn all about the Viking Age in Northern Europe!
Class experience
Join Danulf the Dangerous, the *second* fiercest Viking in the North, and his friendly goat Heimdall for a visit to the Viking Age! Danulf the Dangerous will tell students all about Viking society, arms and armor, and the daily life of a Viking in a fun and engaging conversation with a living historical character. We will discuss the Vikings' REAL jobs as farmers and craftsmen, what went in to building a viking long boat, what it means to "go Viking", the Myths and Stories the Vikings told...
