In this multi-day class, students who are continuing to learn Norwegian will strengthen their language skills by having conversations, doing reading and listening practice.

Description
Class Experience
Students will build upon their knowledge of Norwegian from family, Skogfjorden camp or in my Beginning Norwegian class. They will gain more fluency in their speaking and grammar skills. Students will also learn much more about life and public systems in Norway.
I have taught Norwegian both in an immersion camp setting (Skogfjorden,MN) and as a in-person and virtual tutor. My B.A. is in Scandinavian Languages & Literature.
Students will have between 1-2 hours of homework between classes on the Ny i Norge and Tekstlab grammar websites. They should also be practicing vocabulary for homework via flashcards, quizlet, and Kahoot.
Students will access free online learning materials to support in-class discussions.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students will present a final essay during the last session based on their learning progression in this course.
1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
