I will teach 4 steps to spell correctly.
1. Count the syllables in the word.
2. Then, draw a horizontal line for each syllable. 
3. Next, write each syllable on the appropriate horizontal line.
4. Finally, write the word.
I will also teach the spelling of certain syllables such as -tion, -ight, -ing, -ture along with certain sight words.
Will primarily use the whiteboard but will add IXL to review.
