1:1 Tutoring Class for Pre-K, KG, 1st, and 2nd-grade Students or ESL
In this class, students will have opportunities to receive personalized tutoring to help with school subjects. ESL students will practice their English skills in a casual, fun, and relaxed environment to build confidence in speaking English. I'm TESOL certified and have over 18 yrs. of teaching experience with grades Pre-K to 12th grade.

US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 12
In this 30 minute, 1:1 class, students will receive personalized tutoring for school subjects that need extra practice. For ESL students, we will practice English conversation with topics that are based on the student's interests. Grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary instruction will be provided as needed. We will use fun, interactive stories and games to encourage conversation and participation. The goal is for the student to feel comfortable and confident when working on different school subjects and speaking English for ESL students. We will also have storytime and discuss different elements in the story to generate more conversations. I am a previous K-2nd grade public school teacher in the USA, and have been teaching all subjects for more than 22 years (I've been a homeschool teacher the last 16 years.) I am TESOL certified and I'm currently an online ESL teacher for a few different companies teaching students all over the world! I have over 5 and a half years of experience teaching ESL students to become more confident English speakers. I hope to see you in class very soon!

Hello! My name is Teacher Rachel! I've been teaching for over 23 years: 3 years as an Elementary School teacher (K-2), 15 years as a homeschool teacher teaching ALL subjects, and over 5 years as an online ESL teacher for ages 3-18 with students from China, Vietnam, the Czech Republic, Thailand and Canada!
