Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 10
Beginner - Intermediate Level
In these 1:1 tutoring sessions, each learner will receive individualized one on one tutoring from a Credentialed Science Teacher. As a Credentialed Science Teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching science, I will help your learner with Physics, Earth Science, Chemistry, and Environmental Science topics. Whether your learner needs a bit of extra help or would like to develop and enrich their skills, I am here to help.

These tutoring sessions are intended for helping 8 - 15 year old learners. However, if your learner is a bit younger, please message me and we can work something out. Also, if you don't see a time and day that works for you, please reach out and we can discuss other options. *****Please note: These specific tutoring sessions are NOT intended for AP or Honors classes, Regents test prep, Science Olympiad test prep, or for students 16 - 18 years old. If you have a learner who is 16 - 18 years old, taking AP or Honors courses, preparing for a specific high stakes test and need a tutor, please reach out to discuss available options.*****

Each learner will receive individualized tutoring sessions based on their specific needs. Before our first session, I will be in contact to learn more about where the student is in their science courses and what we can work on together to help further develop their skills. I also kindly ask parents and/or learners to provide a topic or homework assignment **at least two days prior** to the tutoring session so I may best prepare for our time together.

Below are examples of some science concepts your learner and I can work on together:
