Yuru Kyara (Japanese Mascots ) are everywhere in Japan! In this class learners will draw and create their own Yuru Kyara character during the first weeks and the last weeks are for building vocabulary via drawing and labeling. In weeks 1-5: Instead of introducing ourselves, we will use these characters to practice talking about the following: Name, Age, Nationality, Hobbies, Parts of the Body, Basic Description Adjectives, (Colors, Size), and Likes.
