In this fun and lively class, I'm all about boosting your child's confidence through awesome activities like journaling, storytelling, and getting creative. We'll dive into loads of writing tricks, making sure each student has a blast with their own unique experience. In our sessions, I'll chat about the basics of writing, sparking creativity, and helping them discover themselves. The class is set up to mix skill-building with fun, throwing in interactive stuff to spark imagination and build a solid writing foundation. We'll explore everything from crafting cool stories to understanding different writing styles. Some examples of assignments your student can expect to see: * Lets finish this story (part of a story will be given and the student can finish it using their imagination) * Looking at a piece of art or picture and create a story. * Tother we will learn about a new topic and then write about it. * Create an A to Z story *Build our dream house through writing. * Create the perfect villain or superhero through writing. As for my teaching style, picture it as fun and bubbly. I create a chill vibe where students can totally be themselves. I'm all about connecting with each student, getting what makes them tick, and customizing the learning vibe just for them. It's not just about writing skills – I want them to find joy and confidence in the creative process too

Greetings! My name is Amber Carrico, and I am delighted to be your teacher. As a dedicated mother to three lovely daughters, education has always held a special place in my heart. With extensive experience in ESL teaching since 2018 and homeschooling my eldest daughter, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my classes.
In addition to my teaching experience, I hold a Level 1 Early Childhood Education certificate, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of child development and effective instructional strategies. Moreover, I have earned 160-hour certifications in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), TEOL (Teaching English Online), and TEYL (Teaching English to Young Learners). These qualifications have sharpened my expertise in language instruction and provided me with a diverse range of teaching techniques to meet the unique needs of my students.
Outside the classroom, I find solace in the pages of captivating books and embrace lifelong learning opportunities. By staying informed about the latest educational advancements, I strive to provide my students with a stimulating and enriching learning experience. Most importantly, I cherish moments spent with my family, as they bring me immeasurable joy and inspiration.
