This is a single, self-paced course designed to empower your child with the skills to analyze an author's purpose while enhancing reading comprehension and writing abilities. Here’s what you need to know:

What Will Be Taught?  
- Understanding Author’s Purpose: Learn why authors write—whether to entertain, inform, or persuade.  
- Reading Comprehension: Practice analyzing a selected passage to uncover key ideas and themes.  
- Organizing Ideas: Use a graphic organizer to visually map out main points and details.  
- Writing About Reading: Complete a writing assignment that captures insights and reflections on the text.

Topics Covered:
- Identifying different types of author’s purpose  
- Breaking down texts for critical analysis  
- Structuring thoughts using a graphic organizer  
- Crafting concise written responses

Course Structure: 
-Self-Paced Learning:** Enjoy the flexibility of progressing through one comprehensive course at your own pace.  
- Pre-Recorded Lessons & Interactive Content: Each section includes short video lessons, slide presentations, and guided exercises that walk learners through key concepts.
