課堂經歷
During this class we will start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies. We will also do some cardio and learn some hip-hop moves for about 7-10 minutes. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat dance routine. (Approximately 30 -35 minutes) All music is upbeat and fun and age appropriate! During class we will have a couple breaks that include about 5 minutes total including a break and making valentines cards for friends and or family! Check out the supply list on what to bring to class! *Duration of warm-up, choreography, game may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a routine by the end of the class!其他詳情

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)

Bring colored paper for Valentines Card(s). We will make at least one for a family member or friend. You will need crayons or markers, stickers, etc. or anything else you want to add to your card!
