課堂經歷
During this class we start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies for about 7-10 minutes. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat dance routine. (25 -30 minutes) During class we will have a couple breaks that include about a Star Wars Mad Lib game at the end of class! Feel free to dress up as your favorite character! *Duration of warm-up, choreography, game may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!

父母的引導和規範
Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
供應清單
If your child has a lightsaber then bring to class! If you do not have a “lightsaber” you can bring something else as a substitute. (Ie: pool noodle, plastic sword, wand, toilet paper roll etc.) Students will not need to purchase any materials.
