感恩節抽獎與學習：梅西百貨感恩節遊行

In this 45-minute class, students will be guided to draw Snoopy and Pikachu (Pokémon) balloons in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. This interactive class will include a short history of the parade and step-by-step drawing instructions.

Class will begin with everyone introducing themselves, followed by a short history of the Thanksgiving Day Parade. The history will include pictures of popular balloons and floats over the years. Next, I will give step-by-step instructions on how to draw Pikachu and Snoopy. Once the balloons are complete, we will draw a city building, using a two-point perspective drawing method.  A ruler or straight edge is recommended, but not necessary.

Students will be able to follow along with my step-by-step, live instructions. I have two screens visible so that students can see me drawing, as well as speaking.

Students can replicate my drawing or add their own unique elements. After completing our drawing, students will begin coloring in their drawing, with the medium of their choice, such as crayons, markers, or colored pencils. I will be using colored pencils.  Students may need to complete their coloring after class.  

Throughout the class, students will have the opportunity to share their creations with the class, but it will not be required. Interaction will be encouraged as we color in the drawing!
