青少年初級手語班

In this class, we will learn basic greetings and communication signs.  Your student will be able to walk away from my class with the knowledge of how to respectfully greet a Deaf person out in public and have a polite simple conversation. This class is the foundational class to other sign language courses I will be offering. This class will be very interactive with a high percentage of class participation. Your student will receive a video in the class portal once the class is over. He/She can review and practice after class with help from the video. No prior experience is necessary. 
Week 1 - ABCs and basic greetings ( Review of what we know)
Week 2 - School signs and weaving these in week 1 vocabulary.
Week 3 - Recreation/Sports signs (weaving week 1-3 together)
Week 4 - Animal signs (weaving week 1-4 together)
Week 5 - Seasonal Signs and Holidays (weaving week 1-5 together)
Week 6 - Family Signs ( (weaving week 1-6 together)

Each week opportunities will be given for students to ask questions and or request that we review certain signs that they are interested in . :)
