With a trained Amiibo, students will compete in a one-time Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament (on their Nintendo Switch) where they will watch their Amiibo battling for them. Students and their Amiibo will be put in a round-robin tournament bracket and use the Battle Arena section within the game to battle. Students will be apart of a community of gamers to battle and share their enjoyment of the game. Students will also engage in discussions about favourite Amiibo, characters, strategies...
We are learning how to compete in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on Nintendo Switch. We are learning how to better train out Amiibos for battle. We are learning proper esports and tournament etiquette. We are learning about sportsmanship.
An Amiibo (Trained/Leveled up within Super Smash Bros. Ultimate) Nintendo Switch A Nintendo Switch Online Subscription A copy of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Connection to the Internet (Please ensure the student Nintendo switch can play their games online before registering for the class)
