This class is a hands-on class where art comes to life. Each week your student will learn a different art form including drawing, painting, and more. We will use various types of paints, different drawing, and sketching techniques, and work with chalk paint. I have been highly involved in art for many years. I have also taught art to my charter students and they loved every minute. This is a fun class! I worked as a professional cookie decorator for a few years and have went through various art training.
-Pencil -Colored pencils, crayons, and/or markers -Pastel Paints (any colors or brand) (Walmart has cheap ones or Amazon) -Acrylic Paints (any colors or brand) (Walmart and Hobby Lobby has cheap ones) -Brush set (any brush set with a variety of brushes will work - link to a few options is below) -Sketch paper or white paper -Canvas or poster to paint on (11x14 is preferred) Also, if your student prefers to have a kit of everything, this kit is a great one for all young artists.
