課堂經歷

Students will learn some basic yoga postures and calming breathing techniques.
Please bring a stuffed animal. Optional materials: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, chair. Some students like to have a blanket and/or pillow for our final resting pose. It may be helpful to have a chair, couch or wall nearby to assist with balance postures.

Children will need a clear space to move in safely. Your child may use a yoga mat or practice on another non-slip surface. We will move beyond the mat space several times throughout class. 
Yoga is usually practiced with bare feet. Students may want to have drinking water available.
We will practice some balancing. 
With any physical activity, there is risk of injury. Parents are encouraged to supervise children to help prevent any injuries.
