課堂經歷
By working with an author and illustrator, students will learn how illustrations help to tell a story. Jennifer will walk students through her collage-style illustration process. Students will then work with Jennifer to develop their own ideas. Through this hands-on approach, students will have an opportunity to create a collage-style illustration that will tell a story.
Students will learn a multi-step approach to designing and creating a collage-style illustration.
As a children’s author and illustrator, as well as elementary school teacher, I enjoy teaching young learners the process of creating art that is meaningful and reflects their own interests.
