Dogs have been human pets for centuries over the world. To introduce other types of dogs which students perhaps have neither seen nor had as pet, this class is designed so students can study a portrait of a dog by sketching and be familiar with the texture and look of the dog by shading. Students will be instructed to construct a portrait of a dog and turn the sketch into a realistic drawing with shading and blending. The reference of each lesson will be from a book called “The Dog...
