Hi, my name is Ms. Stefanie! Most of my students know me as Bananasplit! :)  

I am a lifelong learner with a passion for reading.  One of my favorite quotes is: "The more that you read, the more things you will know.  The more that you know, the more places you'll go."  

I have a bachelor's degree in business specializing in Accounting and am a mom of 2 young children who love to take classes on Outschool.

We all need a little fun and my kids have brought me into the Among Us game world and Roblox.  It's so fun to see and hear the giggles of students as we try to find out who the imposter in Among Us or when they eat a survivor in Shark Bite.  Outschool is the perfect platform to experience Among Us and other online game as I can provide a safe and private game where your children can socialize with other children with this same interest.  In any of my classes, fun is a top priority!

Though I started my classes on Outschool directed at math, tutoring and Among Us, I soon found that playing online games with learners was where my focus should be. You will find many of my classes are Roblox focused.  It was important to me, being a mom, that learners be able to socialize online in a safe space and be able to share, chat, be silly and enjoy being part of a online group.

Being a mom, I know how important it is to find fun and interactive ways to allow children to express themselves.  I believe each child has their own learning style and deserves to be taught in the most effective manner in which they learn.  As a parent, if you can share with me how best your child learns I can modify my lessons and work with you and your child to ensure we are progressing and they are indeed learning.  I know how difficult it is to keep children engaged and focused, especially when they are not learning about their favorite subjects.  I believe fun, caring and consistency is key to having children reach their academic goals.
