Does your learner love experiencing different games in Roblox with others? Are they looking for a safe space to interact with others in these games? In this class, learners will be able to join links to private servers so that they can play various roblox games together. This is meant to be a fun, friendly environment where learners will have the opportunity to chat with one another and enjoy the games they love on Roblox with friends they know! At the beginning of each class, learners will have the opportunity to share what they’ve been working on, what new Roblox news/games they’ve seen, and what they love about the game. Then, if learners choose to, they can join in on the private servers with others, play friendly competitive games, or just hang out and enjoy the game. Examples of games we may join in class: - Royal High - Bedwars - PetSimulator X - Adopt Me! - Elemental BattleGrounds - Dragon Life - Etc. Learners will also be encouraged to share during class: Roblox videos and games Roblox memes Funny Roblox stories Any Roblox art Any questions or help they need with the game Roblox Streamers or YouTubers they love to watch AND MORE! There is always room to extend past the realm of thinking usual to regular gameplay into other spheres of creativity, and my goal is to encourage learners to be comfortable to share their hobby and passions with the class. CLASS SCHEDULE THURSDAY SECTION Week of October 17 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of October 24 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of October 31 - NO CLASS Week of November 7 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of November 14 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of November 21 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of November 28 - NO CLASS Week of December 5 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of December 12 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of December 19 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of December 26 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Week of January 2 - Rotation Learners choice/vote for games to join Class will continue to progress after these dates, and there will be even more topics we will discuss and cover after these dates! Please Note: - If your learner chooses to join other learners in the private servers, a Roblox account is needed. The teacher will then add the learner as a Roblox, and they will be able to join the private server. - Servers may/will (depending on the game) be open even while the teacher may not be online - learners are expected to conduct themselves in a friendly and kind manner. - This is a fun, friendly environment and learners are expected to speak kindly to one another. - We will NOT be playing any overly violent and/or horror games in the class.

By keeping our class sizes smaller, we ensure that each learner receives personalized attention and doesn't feel rushed or lost in larger classes.
We are committed to helping learners grow in all aspects of life, encouraging them to share their passions and engage in NEW and EXCITING club activities that are updated every season. These activities provide learners with new ways to interact with games, ignite their excitement, and encourage collaboration with their peers.

ABOUT MISS MAY...
As the leader of May's Gaming World, Miss May is an exceptional educator with a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing (2014), a Teaching Certificate (2015), and a Graduate Degree in Cross Cultural Communication and Education (2020). She taught 2nd Grade for three years before transitioning to online education in 2018, where she has been teaching for the past five years. Miss May is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive environment in all her classes, ensuring that learners feel comfortable, valued, and included in all settings. She has experience teaching learners of all ages, and is currently also working as Nanny for two wonderful toddlers.
Miss May is widely recognized by learners and boasts more than 300 reviews as the #1 top engaging teacher on Outschool. With over 2,000 completed classes through Ongoing Clubs, she has nurtured long-lasting relationships with many learners, some of whom have been with her for three years and counting. Miss May's extensive experience in the gaming world since 2000 has endowed her with a deep understanding of various games.
On a personal note, Miss May enjoys writing, reading, gaming, traveling, and learning about different cultures. She also takes delight in showcasing her Goldendoodle and two fuzzy bunnies. Miss May is eager to learn about the passions of others, including your learner's!
