I have taught math in grades 7-12.  I understand the progression of Algebra from the beginning to the end goals of high school.  My students say I am great at breaking down algebra into understandable steps.

I will provide one-on-one tutoring, allowing me to focus 100% of my attention on your learner.  I can cover the key topics of pre-algebra as new instruction if you want your learner to get ahead.  Or I can cover them as review.  We could work together to complete a summer packet if needed.  I can do whatever is best for your learner!

Usually I provide some instruction with notes on the screen, do some guided practice with a student, and then allow the student to try the concept independently while I am available for guidance or help as needed.  Your learner will be interacting with me the entire time we are working together!

I can work on whatever skills your student needs, but typical algebra topics include solving multistep equations, solving systems of equations, exponential functions, and logarithms.
