This single-meeting course is designed to help students increase fluency with multiplication factors 2-12. This is geared toward students who have learned the process of multiplication and are working on recalling multiplication facts. I'll have the student match arrays with equations on one slide in the beginning of class only as a brief review. The rest of class time will be spent solving equations and word problems. The student will be asked to fill in missing values on a multiplication chart, practice equations (some including and some not including random numbers I roll on a big dice!), and then we will try some word problems. The word problems will be mostly multiplication and may include some addition and subtraction as well. 
I will use PowerPoint slides to deliver this lesson during class. Although this is a single-meeting class, I am happy to teach this multiple times to help your student master their multiplication facts!

I really enjoy one-on-one tutoring lessons because I can give your child individual, undivided attention. I will adapt my teaching to help your student at their current level. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with specific schedule requests as many of my one-on-ones are scheduled by parent requests.

-Allow students to practice multiplication word problems (some may also include addition or subtraction).
