We will welcome our friends together with a social introduction
Then we will begin our voyage with a warm-up stretch and isolations
After this, we will do locomotor movement around the space
In conclusion, we will do a choreographed dance to improve our dance technique
To finish, we will do a reverence curtsey or bow to conclude our dance adventure

This will be a positive imaginative time for your child to get their exercise in and wiggles out

No prior dance experience is necessary, but always helpful to follow along in this playful but structured class

Dancers are welcome to wear costumes, leotards, or bathing suits
