M&M,s Mania：使用 M&M 糖果進行乘法介紹！數字 1-4 X 5-7

In this one-time class, students are introduced to multiplication through arrays with M&M's candies. As a class, we will see examples of arrays, match arrays to the correct multiplication sentence, and practice our skills. In this class we will be focusing on the multiplication of numbers 1-4 to the numbers 5-7. 

The teacher will use ppt lessons for demonstrations and the interactive game. Students should have a piece of paper and a pen to practice and follow along. They can also use the printable array in the welcome email to build their own array, or follow along with the teacher as she uses M&M's to teach multiplication facts.

Students are encouraged to think about their favorite color of M&M's candies and other favorite candies! We will ask ice breaker questions about favorite candies to get students comfortable and warmed up.

IMPORTANT: This class is an extension of M&M Mania: Mulitplication 1-4 x 1-4. The main focus and class starting point will be multiplying numbers 1-4 to numbers 5-7.  If your child is new to multiplication, the Intro to Multiplication Class 1-4 x 1-4 is a great starting point and class to take before this one. 

NOTE: Students do not need M&M's for this class.  They can use any candy, cheerios, etc... or,  just follow along with the teacher.
