Share your student’s needs in advance, and I’ll create a session that’s just right for them. My teaching style is all about making math engaging and approachable. Using interactive drawings, online tools, and real-life activities, I help elementary students understand and enjoy math. We can cover topics like: -number sense -patterns -time -money -2 digit addition and subtraction -3 digit addition and subtraction -multiplication -division My goal is to make math exciting and clear, whether we’re catching up or discovering new concepts.

Hi! My name is Mrs. Silva. I have been teaching for 14 years. During this time I have taught all the core subject in my classroom which are Math, Reading, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies. I currently work with 3rd grade students but have experience with 2nd through 5th grade students.
My teaching philosophy centers on the idea that students can learn anything that is not when they feel comfortable and they feel assurance. That’s why I foster an environment where students are taught in different ways.
